Job Description

Working in a great and vibrant team based in our Peterborough offices you'll be working on a section of the business telecoms network for one of the large telecoms operators in the UK helping to expand the network further. The main focus is to coordinate and manage the delivery of replacement Business customer circuits through planning to the successful installation. Full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone with some customer service experience and someone who is comfortable speaking over the phone. Initially a contract roll in 6 month lengths, the opportunity could lead on further in duration. 

A range of typical duties/responsibility would include:

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Flexibility to work across multiple facets of the end to end process at any given time
  • Using multiple internal systems to validate / record / correct customer data
  • Create change logs on internal systems to record planned service outages for Business Customers
  • Engage with Customers and internal stakeholders to discuss and gain agreement for planned service outages
  • Coordinate and manage the migration schedule for multiple customers and services

Required qualifications/experience

  • Customer Service Delivery Experience – desirable
  • PC literate
  • Microsoft Office use of including Excel
